Standard Construction for Mono Bloc Pumps

Pumps Portion: Graded Cast Iron pump with high class powder coated.

Motor: Specially designed, assembled and tested as per IS specifications by our valuable experts that makes it fully moisture proof & runs at low voltage successfully.

Construction: Each pump is equipped with Imported Thermal Overload Protector which prevents coil burn out. This unique feature allows the pump to automatically switch off when the pump overheats and restarts when the pump cools down.

Winding & Insulation: Stator windings consist of synthetic enamelled copper wire coils with slot insulations which provide rigidity to winding at all working temperatures. The vacuum impregnation gives stator a high insulation resistance to moisture, that gives complete protection to the winding under all working conditions, including humid tropical climates.

Impeller: High tensile Bronze or Forged Impeller (Brass) is Lead free & food graded.

Bearings & Shafts: Anti friction double Z Ball Bearings are fitted along with lithium based grease in the motor at both the ends for long life. Shaft is machined and grinded with latest technology to extremely fine limits to ensure proper fitting for bearings.

Rotor: Pressure die cast aluminium cage rotor with radial fins which is dynamically balanced along with a stainless steel shaft. STAMPING: High graded stamping cut out from imported dynamo grade sheets and stacked at 30 tonnes load.

Seal: High Alumina and graphite mechanical seal.
